"OCP Spaceflight Training Sweepstakes"

Starts: June 30, 2006 - Ends: June 30, 2007 (Promotion Period)

1. TO ENTER: Enter one of three ways: 1) You may enter at participating Sponsor's Spaceflight Exhibits which are held during the Promotion Period (the "Exhibit"). At the Exhibit there will be a kiosk where you will be able to register and enter the Sweepstakes. The Exhibit locations, dates and times are being added and are subject to change. For the most current listing of participating Exhibits (dates, locations and times) go to www.orbitalcommerceproject.com and click "Events". 2) You will also be automatically entered for each item you purchase from one of the Sponsor's promotional partners during the Promotion Period. For example, you will automatically receive one entry for each purchase of a case of Bawls Mints made following Sponsor's directions during the Promotion Period. To find out the latest offers being made by Sponsor's promotion partners go to www.orbitalcommerceproject.com 3) Alternatively, you may enter by hand printing your name, age, complete address, daytime phone number and e-mail address on a 3"x 5" card and mail it, postage prepaid, to: OCP Sweepstakes, 23 Alafaya Woods Blvd., #222, Oviedo, FL 32765. Limit one entry per person, per household, per email address, per day regardless of method of entry. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 30, 2007 and received no later than July 7, 2007. No responsibility is assumed for viruses, technical, hardware, software or other online entry malfunctions of any kind or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the sender, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes which may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entry for the sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as described in these Official Rules, Sponsor shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In such an event, Sponsor reserves the right to choose winner from all eligible entries received. Mutilated entries will not be accepted. Multiple or duplicate entries received will be disqualified. Responsibility for receipt of entry rests solely with the entrant. All entries become the property of the Sponsor. Sponsor will not return or acknowledge receipt of entries.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older as of June 30, 2006. Sweepstakes not open to employees, and their families, of Sponsor or any of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, promotional partners, advertising agencies, participating sponsor or any other company involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the sweepstakes (collectively the "Affiliated Parties"). This offer is void wherever prohibited, and subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

3. RANDOM DRAWING: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about July 15, 2007 from among all eligible entries received. Decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding. Odds of winning will depend on number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by mail, email or phone at the address/number provided.

4. SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE: One (1) grand prize winner will be awarded a one (1) certificate good for any one course that is being offered by Sponsor or Black Sky Training that is valued at $50,000 or less. The certificate is good for five (5) years from date of delivery. The redemption of the certificate is subject to restrictions and limitations. The winner must be physically fit and pass required tests and exams. The winner must also take required training and certification courses. If the winner does not pass the tests and exams or does not take the training and certification an alternate winner may be selected. If the course is valued at less than $50,000 the winner will not receive an additional prize or consideration. Any and all guarantees and warranties are subject to the manufacturer's or service provider's terms and conditions, and the winner agrees to look solely to such entity for any such warranty or guarantee claim. Prize is non-transferable. No substitution, cash redemption, assignment or transfer of prize permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute a prize with another prize of greater or equal value. The winner will be sent an affidavit of Eligibility and liability/publicity release. This affidavit must be signed, notarized and received by Sponsor within 10 days of winner notification, or the prize package will be deemed forfeited. ARV of the prize is $50,000.

5. GENERAL: Winner will be responsible for transportation to/from the location where the course is offered. If winner is unwilling to accept the prize, an alternate winner may be selected. Winner is solely responsible for all expenses not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to food, accommodations, transportation, personal changes, miscellaneous charges, tax, incidentals and/gratuities. Prize is nontransferable and substitution is not allowed except by the Sponsor who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, related to a prize are the responsibility of the winner. The depiction of the prize in any advertising or promotional materials may not reflect the prize offered to the Grand Prize winner. Any and all guarantees and warranties are subject to the manufacture's terms and conditions, and Grand Prize winner agrees to look solely to such manufacture for any such warranty or guarantee claim. Prize will not be awarded until affidavit of publicity and release forms are completed and returned. An additional statement of eligibility may be required prior to the award of the prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission of winners to use their names, voices and likeness/image for promotional advertising, publicity or trade purposes in any and all media worldwide in perpetuity by Sponsor and Affiliated Parties without further compensation except where prohibited by law. A course may not be offered when the certificate is given to the winner however a course will be available at some point in the next five years. Sponsor makes no guarantees how often it will have a course or the duration of any course, but rather there will be a course sometime in the five years. Sponsor may transfer the fulfillment of the prize to another company. By entering this sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Sponsor and the Affiliated Parties are not responsible for illegible, incomplete, late, lost, damaged, destroyed, incorrect, postage due, delayed or misdirected entries. Sponsor and its Affiliated Parties are not responsible for computer, telephone, cable network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability or garbled or jumbled transmissions. Sponsor and Affiliated Parties are not responsible for Internet/web site/use, net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion or unauthorized human intervention, or for any damage to user's system occasioned by participating in the sweepstakes or downloading any necessary information. By participating in this sweepstakes, entrants and winners release and forever discharge Sponsor, the Affiliated Parties and their respective parents, shareholders, partners, interest holders, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, agents, authorized representatives, employees, advertising agencies from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from participation in this sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of any prize, including, without limitation, for personal injury, damage, loss or death, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. Dates and times subject to change at Sponsor's discretion if original dates/times are unavailable. Sponsor is not responsible if any prize cannot be awarded due to delivery cancellations, delays or other interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or otherwise failing to abide by these Official Rules. Sponsor collects personal information from you when you enter the Sweepstakes. The information collected is subject to the privacy policy of Sponsor at www.orbitalcommerceproject.com.

6. NAME OF THE WINNER: For the name of the winner, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: OCP Spaceflight Training Sweepstakes, Winner's Name, 23 Alafaya Woods Blvd., #222, Oviedo, FL 32765 after July 15, 2007 and before August 15, 2007.
