Suborbital Pilot, Minimum 4 Flights.
Prerequisite: OCP Rocket Trainer course. Trainees finishing this course will be signed off on this spacecraft after proving an ability to operate it in all stages of flight, from takeoff to landing, all stages of suborbital flight, and including any emergency situations that might be encountered during flight, atmospheric reentry and high G tolerance training. This course includes additional instruction on Rocket Engine theory, mechanics, and operation. Trainees will also be given a base instruction on the mechanics behind dual and single stage rocket powered suborbital craft. Students will also receive a base introduction into the mission specialist training. Successful completion of this course merits the trainee recognition as a US commercial astronaut.
